Jin and Sun get married and share the family name “Kwon,” which becomes a major plot point in the final season. However, when Koreans get married, the wife never takes her husband’s last name. In fact, in Korea, it’s not even allowed to marry someone with the same last name, except in rare cases.

The strange opening credits were shot by J.J. Abrams on his laptop in black and white, like an homage to The Twilight Zone.. Lost is without a doubt one of the best TV series I’ve ever seen. What can we say about this amazing show that hasn’t already been said.

I’ll never understand why people give a show a low rating just because the ending wasn’t great

If you were to read the best shows of all time, I guarantee Lost would be on the list. The only thing I would suggest is that you don’t do anything else while you’re watching this show, give it your undivided attention, because there are so many twists, Easter eggs, and little details that you’ll miss if you’re not paying attention. Well, the ending wasn’t as good as people hoped, but that doesn’t take away from the 6 seasons and 120 episodes that came before it. Lost was 6 years old and over 120 hours of TV that you enjoyed, a few bad moments at the end don’t take away from the time you loved.

I didn’t think the ending was that bad, it just could have been better

Obviously it would be better if the ending was as great as the show, but when a show is as good as Lost, it’s hard to please all fans. Overall, though, Lost is one of the best television series ever made and is a must-watch.

Her portrayal lacks the depth and expression required for the role, which feels like a misstep.

Without this casting issue, the series would easily be a 10/10

Hoping future episodes maintain the high bar set and deliver a satisfying conclusions.

I just finished watching all eight episodes of Cross and I have to say I absolutely loved it

Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross, following Morgan Freeman, who first played him on screen in 1997’s Kiss the Girls and again in 2001’s sequel Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in the 2012 film Alex Cross, which was a flop and led Lionsgate to cancel a planned sequel, Double Cross.

I’ve been looking forward to seeing it since I first heard about it, so I had pretty high expectations. Well, this show not only met those expectations, it exceeded them in every way.

That movie was trash, this series is amazing

There was a Tyler Perry movie Alex Cross in 2012 that was simply awful. Don’t let that stop you from watching this video because they are different in every way.

Amazon believes in this show so much that they renewed it for another season before the first episode even aired

Another great adaptation for Amazon Prime, they have done an incredible job with their TV series adaptations (Reacher, Fallout, Lord of the Rings, Jack Ryan, The Boys, Bosch, The Wheel of Time, Daisy Jones and the Six, Good Omens, etc., etc.).

Moore (the TV series’ developer), his crew decided to keep the Gaelic words instead of translating them into English.

This kept the narrative in the first person, showing Claire’s inability to understand Gaelic. The idea was suggested by producer David Brown, who said he had seen something similar in Skin Deep (1998), a foreign alternative film starring actor and singer Gustavo Goulart. During season 3, tribal drums were added because much of the season is set in the West Indies

In the first half of season 2 (which is set in France), some of the lyrics are in French. In the second half of season 2 (which is mainly about preparing for war), a militaristic drum roll is added to the opening music. In season 4, bluegrass fiddles and banjos are added, plus some of the lyrics are sung in a Southern accent because the season is set primarily in America.

It is visually stunning and the acting is great, except for Sophie Skelton.

Colman Domingo's first leading TV role began with plenty of promise but the story was unnecessarily dragged out with far too many episodes!! Half of the episodes would have been enough imo. He's supposed to be highly regarded and intelligent but kept making one bad choice after another which (I think) helped undermine his credibility the crossfire of systemic greed and political schemes. And also highlighting the dangers of unchecked corporate influence!! But the execution was a little disappointing.
