I just finished watching all eight episodes of Cross and I have to say I absolutely loved it
Narrative
A TV series adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complicated and brilliant detective Alex Cross. Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross, following Morgan Freeman, who first played him on screen in 1997’s Kiss the Girls and again in 2001’s sequel Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in the 2012 film Alex Cross, which was a flop and led Lionsgate to cancel a planned sequel, Double Cross.

I’ve been looking forward to seeing it since I first heard about it, so I had pretty high expectations. Well, this show not only met those expectations, it exceeded them in every way.
That movie was trash, this series is amazing
There was a Tyler Perry movie Alex Cross in 2012 that was simply awful. Don’t let that stop you from watching this video because they are different in every way.
Amazon believes in this show so much that they renewed it for another season before the first episode even aired
Another great adaptation for Amazon Prime, they have done an incredible job with their TV series adaptations (Reacher, Fallout, Lord of the Rings, Jack Ryan, The Boys, Bosch, The Wheel of Time, Daisy Jones and the Six, Good Omens, etc., etc.).
